We walk the asset before we price it. What comes back is a scope with the assumptions written down, so there is no argument later about what was included.
Mobilise
Crew, vessels, equipment and permits are arranged against the programme date. Long-lead items are flagged at quotation, not the week before mobilisation.
Execute
Work runs to the method statement and the permit. Progress and any deviation are reported daily to the operator's representative.
Hand over
The asset goes back with the test records, weld and coating reports, and as-built marks that the next inspection will ask for.
